Hello,
1st) move the weel to have the note number (should be number 38).
2) When you hit your pad or piezzo, you should see the input blinkling at top right
3) with arrow, select the number and change it with weel
4) if done press write to save your assignment
If you power off, wait 5 min and power on and see your settings gone, this is a Battery pb.
Very simple to change and very cheap (CR2032 solder on board) even you send it to repair company.
1) Unscrew all under and at the back.
2) unscrewn the big metal ribbon
3) you should have access to the input board and see the battery solder on the board.
4) Unsold it, put a new one bough from radioshark for example. Or nicest way , put a CR2032 socket and add the new battery. It more simple to change the barttery in the future.
That’s all
Hi Bulok01,
First, is an old Analog drum you’re trying to convert to Edrum or are you DIY all from scratch?
For my part, i’m starting with different used toms from Ebay or LEBONCOIN.FR.
Those toms was very old, crapy and rusty. The rhodhoide sheet was scratched and colored differently.
First, i’ve thinking to replace the rhodoide but it’s too expensive. So i’ve changed my goal to create a very classical color Edrum like TD12 set .
The best way was keeped the actual rhodhoide on the toms and put a VENILIA adhesive paper inside and outside.
Now my set is Glossy Black outside and Mapple Wood inside. To customize 8 toms(4×12′-1×13′-1×14′), it takes me 2 hours, it’s quick, easy, and very cheaper (15€ for the twice rolls and i can do same kit again )
If you want metal brush style, VENILIA make some metal look like Copper or Champagne steel, but price is very higher!
Hope it will help you
Hello,
1) I wish your an Happy News Year to you folks,
“For the little story, i’m very newbe concerning drum and E-drum in general, but after some nights of research and reading forums, i kick my as.. and decide to build one.
First, the A to E conversion by cutting toms in half, bough mesh and addings piezzo was successfully and sound working good with my PM-16 module or with the TD12 module from my father’s in law. Now it’s time for cymbal (Hi-hat will be for later but i’ve got a little solution for this with Edrum Monitor and pot pedal).”
2) Concerning the 3Z crash, i’ve seen lot of post talk about the TD module or DTX module.
Is my PM-16 module can do the same (i think it doesn’t, too old)?
Otherelese, is there another way to use a gamepad switch with Edrum Monitor acting like the choke, and piezzo acting like as usual but certainly with 2xPM-16 trigger input ?
Thanks for you help!
ps: Sorry for my english. For the frenchy, if you want, you can pm me in french.
