I’m downloading on my studio Windows machine. I want to use my home office machine to download a different file while I’m waiting.
But my home office machine is Linux, and I can’t download my own products with Linux because you force me to use Product Manager to do all downloads…….and product manager does not run on Linux.
What is the point of having a link to use the web version if you force me to use product manager as soon as I try to download anything? If you are going to compell me to use product manager to download files that I already have authorization to use then the least you could do is offer a version of product manager that will run on Linux.

When you go into “My Account/My Products” there is a link below the Product Manager info that takes you to the site with your downloadable products

I try to log in using the web version and all I get is an endless loop back to product manager download . Yes there are still people using Win XP service pack 3….. I have successfully done it before but It never seems to be the same combination of clicks on the links provided on the login page. Your page setup is flawed and you must fix it. You can’t keep taking peoples money if people cannot view or register products they have purchased.
Hi len,
it seems from your recent download history that you have downloaded your products successfully. So you are good to go now?

John
