Wow my Macbook literally just caught fire!!!

Okay so now I have your attention (the Macbook is fine btw)..

I think I did a dumb thing…I just bought EZdrummer 2 with the Rock & Pop Rock expansion packs. The Ezdrummer software has downloaded fine but I can’t download the expansion packs (I get an error message stating the developer needs to update the installation software).

I have read on here that as I’m running Catalina OS I need to download the expansion packs via the Product Manager. HOWEVER, somewhere along the line the Product Manager has been linked to my secondary email address (most likely user error) and does not register that I have any purchases to download. When I log in to my Toontrack account with my primary email address the purchases are sitting there waiting to be installed but the Product Manager will not associate itself with that email address.

I have uninstalled the Product Manager and re-installed but it defaults to the wrong email address that I must’ve given when registering something with Toontrack (darn password manager!!).

Can anyone help please??
