New member here…. I asked this on the EZ Pre-Sales and so far no answers. Very interested in purchasing EZ Drummer 2, it appears to be an excellent sounding and easy to use product. I am in need of support regarding its possible use with my personal application. I will run the program with a computer running Windows 7. My home project studio mainly consists of a Tascam DP24 recorder/mixer, Eleven Rack, Lexicon & Yamaha effects, Akai MPC 2000XL and Tannoy monitors. The current work flow is great and I would like very much to add EZ Drummer 2 as part of my creative process. I do not use any type of computer based DAW, instead I record/mix/master using the Tascam DP 24 unit. The DP24 has Midi in/out and USB connectivity, while the older Akai MPC 2000XL drum machine is a sequencer/sampler; it’s equipped with: Midi in/outs, SCSI connections and has eight assignable individual mix outputs. I wish to integrated the EZ Drummer 2 and seek your guidance on the different options available to me with my system. Please note, I would like to be able to record the drum mix from EZD2 into my DP24 and if possible, use the Akai MPC’s eight outputs to send to the DP24, as well as use the Akai’s pads to trigger the EZ Drummer 2 software.
