Hello,
I would like to make my own drumkit but I don’t know what kind of piezo is the best. As far as I live in Belgium, I can’t buy through the Radioshack website. The one you recommend on Radioshack is #273-073 (Piezo Element 1500-3000Hz)
Here is the link where I can buy those elements in Belgium : http://www.velleman.eu/be/fr/product/list/?id=343898
Do you think the “TV1” Piezo is OK ? ( 5Vca – 85db – Frequency : 4.0 +- 0.5Khz) ???
Thanks a lot !!!
Hi! I’m from Italy, here we can found quite easily what is labelled as “TV-4” in the page you posted. I used them in my 2 cymbals and 1 snare, and they work flawlessly.
Hope this helps!
Hi Kramik,
I’m using this one in almost all my triggers :

You should be able able to get the same transducer from http://www.conrad.be
