Hello! I’ve been mulling over whether I should voice my opinion on this matter so here goes;
I think it’s great that Toontracks has released an SDX featuring the production legend Eddie Kramer. Most known for his historic work with 70’s rock legends. For the same reason I’m kind of disappointed to not see any Peter Criss related drums included in this series. Regardless of your feelings about the band, Eddie worked on some of their most famous work during the band’s peak years. For as much as we know Eddie’s work on projects by Hendrix and Led Zeppelin(as well as their well know engineer Glyn Johns) I believe Eddie’s work which put him in the same category as say, Mutt Lange, Clearmountain, Martin Birch, etc…was KISS.
I feel this omission is a great loss for this and obvious other reasons. Any chance of a 2nd edition or an update?
