    Did you get an order confirmation email? Did it have an serial number to register to your account?

    The fix is to manually register the serial number that comes in your order confirmation email to your Toontrack account. Either via Product Manager or the web account.

    i went to my products my info then clicked orders and then click view on the purchase and copy and paste the serial number to register it.
