Still not clear. All I see is an FAQ section that doesn’t answer my question.
Official Support is available to registered Toontrack users only.
Access to the appropriate private boards is automatically granted on registration of a Toontrack product at:

If, as a registered Toontrack user, you are unable to access the Official Support area by following this http://www.toontrack.com/forum/
please contact the Support Team using the support webform located at http://www.toontrack.com/faq ,
including the serial number for your product and your forum ID (login name at this forum).
PS. You don’t mention for which product you are inquiring…
There may be different, product-dependent procedures for moving the default MIDI file location.
I’m going around in circles. I wrote to support asking them where I can find support forum. They sent me here. This what they said “The EZdrummer support forum can be accessed from Toontrack.com > Support > Support Forum. You must be logged in to access the EZdrummer forum.”
There are individual support forums for each Toontrack product so there is no one ‘Support Forum’. I see you posted in the EZplayer Support Forum already so you have access to the support forums. For what product are you looking for support?
