What is “Sound library update for Windows” , that is showing as not updated in Toontrack Product Manager? It has a date of 9/26/2014 with a version of 1.0.2, which is significantly older than my version of EZ Drummer 2. Product manager also says “All installed products are up-to-date”.

this is an update for the sounds. If you check the Installation info tab, your Sound Library is not showing ‘1.0.2’, right?
Your plugin is most likely newer and updated but please go ahead and download and run this update.

What about this: EZDrummer 2 MIDI Library Update 1.0.2 (Win)” could not be opened. The files in the zip archive could not be extracted.

I installed EZDrummer and Big Rock Drums from my local disc. Is there a file which has to be installed from your server?
If so, how can I switch back to online installation? There is no way to do it in Tools > Options.
Everything was fine a few days ago but my system crashed and now with the new installation of Win 7 I cannot install EZDrummer.
Verifying/Dowloading Again does not change anything. Please help to resolve this mess.
Why inserting an image functionality does not work here?
