What happens if I purchased the wrong download?

I came on here to buy the download for EZDrummer ($179). I could have gone to Guitar Center and only paid $49.99 after instant rebate on a box-copy, but I just got paid and was anxious to get going.

One problem… I somehow managed to download an SDX expansion pack for Superior Drummer 2.0, a program that I don’t even own. So, now what? I tried calling the number you guys have, and I guess since I’m in the US it just won’t work? Maybe my long distance doesn’t cover it. Who knows…

But now I’m stuck with a useless SDX, and I’m $179 in the hole.

All I want to do is get EZDrummer, without a hastle. Ugh.

please contact us through the support portal (if you already haven’t). We’ll sort it out there.
No SDX:s (Superior expansions) are fully downloadable, so depending on when you placed the order, chances are that a package with the full installation is on its way to you. Should that be the case, you need to ship it back to the sender.
