I am not the type of person that whines and complains a lot. In fact I am a retired NYC policeman and Vietnam Combat Vet who served with the 82nd Airborne Division.
Years ago I purchases Presonus Studio One Professional that came with EZ Drummer lite.
I use 3 computers for my music. A MacBook Pro, Windows Laptop and Windows Desktop.
I decided to upgrade to EZDrummer 2 and paid the $129 for the upgrade. While I had EZDrummer lite I purchased the Nashville set. I sent Toontrack an email to see if I could purchase one more license for my 3rd computer and the Nashville set. They never replied back to me. So I paid the $80 something $’s for the Nashville set on my 3rd computer.
A week after that I decided to purchase EZKeys and a few midi packs. My total cost for everything was over $600. Right after that I see these specials get EZ Drummer 2 and one free midi pack. They also ran special on getting a free EZ Keys midi pack as well.
I finally heard back from Toontracks and they told me they can’t offer me anything. I’ve never dealt with a company like this that won’t work with their Customers. Perhaps this Sweedish company does not care about American veterans. So I just wanted to let everyone know how Toontracks treats their Customers.
Thanks for this info. This is one of the best sounding drum softwares I’ve seen, but if I can’t UNDO, and I can’t EDIT MIDI, then I don’t really understand
the point of this software.
