Hi Team,
I need help login in to my account.
The password reset does not work… (the email with the reset link does not arrive despite constantly checking SPAM folder) and the Contact support form does not work as I get an error (401) once I enter all of my details.
Can you please help with this? I have had to create a new account just so I could post here.
