Hi Ive written a song using some patterns from different libraries ei session drums , america, blues , and fills from others too the problem s that when I copy and drag to a midi track and fransfer them to cakewalk some have different vollume levels , Ive tried going back to ezd and increase the velocity but when transfered still no difference those patteren are still not louder ? and ideas ? i would have thought that the midi track wouldnt increase- decrease volume thanks in advance
Hi,
I would first drag the different grooves to the Song Track to check the differences in velocity and try to even them out there, before dragging to DAW.

Hi john , thanks for replying , so all the patterns are in the song window , but not all are from the song creator , some are as i said from “songwriters´´ and “americana´´ etc the patterens would be marked and draged to the midi track cakewalk (its only a same few patterens that are quiet) I did try and increase the volicity beforehand while in the song window but still no difference …all the drums have seperate tracks 2-9 track 1 is for ezd which is then turned fully down ….patterns in ezd song window are muted…. thereby alowing me to mix all drums individually …..I still cant understand why this happens ? regards paul B
