Vintage Rock Brushes & Sticks, cannot find some of the sounds

I have installed EZ drummer 2.02 and the EZX Vintage Rock Brushes & Sticks. The installations were declared successful. When I am in the drum window and I want to change the cymbals or the hi hats in the list I cannot find some of the the sounds that are listed in the instrument list for Vintage Rock Brushes & Sticks. For example: for cymbal 1 I can only choose 18″ giant beat crash or sabian artisan vault crash but I cannot find zildijan dark crash or the paiste signature fast crash cymbals. It is the same problem with the other parts of the drumset. How can I get access to the sounds that are listed in the instrument list?

I don’t see that you have the Vintage Rock EZX registered to your account. I’m guessing that you are referring to the Pop/Rock kit. That kit has only Sabian cymbals.

Thanks for answering so quickly. When I installed the Vintage Rock EZX I was not asked for the registration code although the installation itself was marked as successful. So I will try to install it again. If the problem is solved then, it’s ok, otherwise I will ask you again,

Can you post a pic of the Vintage Rock EZX loaded in EZD 2?

I have installed and activated the software but I still cannot access none of the the sounds. I have also installed all the updates available, sttill it does not work. From tomorrow morning I will be on a holiday for 1 week. After getting back home again I will contact you again.

Hi,

when you do, please provide that screen shot Scott asked about.
Also make sure you are trying to load the EZX properly by clicking the Orange Preset loader Menu.
In my pic attached, I’m loading the Jazz EZX.

Hi John and Scott,
apparently the EZX was not loaded properly. I tried it again with a richt click on the orange preset loader menu. Although the EZX had been registered and authorized before, I was once again asked to authorize it. After having done that it worked as it should.
