I’m in awe of my EZDrummer 2. But one little thing I wish it had is a velocity knob, or even a simple velocity boost switch on the snare! I realize it’s a feature for all instruments in the “Edit Play Style” department, but if I already exported a drum riff into my DAW, sometimes splicing clip by clip, I don’t really wish to go back and mess with edit play style…..or in other words, if I forgot to adjust the velocity when I had the chance earlier, I would love the opportunity to increase the velocity on the snare. I also know there are several volume knob options here, but I’m talking about a harder hit with more crack and snap and attitude. Thanks.
The feature to transform the output Velocity curve on incoming data is a Superior 2 feature.
The easiest would be selecting/lassoing all the Snare notes in your DAW and slightly raise all.

You could also put the MIDI back to EZdrummer 2’s song track and then increase the velocity on the snare. Finish by putting the MIDI back to the DAW 🙂

Yeah, ok……but I would still love a velocity knob on the snare………the old EZDrummer had a general velocity knob for the whole kit. Instrument settings, and EZDrummer 2 mixer settings can still be controlled when you export and play the clip in the DAW, so why wouldn’t a velocity knob work?
