Using SD2 Live – Sending to FOH

I am currently triggering an acoustic kit with mesh heads to get an ideal drum sound live. I was wondering if there is a way to send each individual drum to the front of house to replicate the sound guy having each drum level or EQ at his disposal? The idea being maybe using a USB I/O to be able to send via XLR or 1/4″ bass in channel 1, snare in channel 2, rack tom in channel 3, etc.

I’m not sure if what I’m saying makes sense! Thanks in advance.

Hi,

if you mean that you wish to have each microphone fader inside Superior 2 on separate hardware output, yes, it is possible. The plugin has got 16 stereo outputs (or 32 mono if you will) so hardware with multiple outputs is needed.
