I use EZ Drummer all the time. I am adding EZ Mix2 to my work flow for the first time. I mostly purchased EZ Mix for guitar and mastering presets, but I am interested to see how it might improve my drum sound as well. If any of you already combine EZ Drums and EZ Mix pack presets for drums parts, I’d love to hear your input as to whether it is intended that EX Mix2 and EZ Drummer users will send totally dry signals from the EZ Drummer’s mixer to the various tracks set up for each drum part in one’s DAW and then add EZ Mix drum preset settings to the various drum parts. I think EZ Drummer has great mic./comp./room settings itself, and I wonder whether the drum preset settings in EZ mix packs are better than the effects settings in EZ drummer and/or whether they can/should/are intended to be used in combination with EZ Drummer’s effects presets.
Thanks,
Matt
