Using DFH Samples in Metal Machine?

Seems like my first post on this matter got deleted… somehow.
I’ll give it another try:

Is there a way to use samples that come with DFH in Metal Machine? Problem: I have created a song that has a cymbal-swell sample from DFH in it at the end. In the meantime I have installed Metal Machine used it since. However, when playing back the song with Metal Machine, the cymbal-swell sample is gone, for there seems to be no such sample in the Library that comes with it. I really would like to have MM on the song AND incorporate the cymbal-swell from DFH. Any help would be highly appreciated!

Can you not just use MM for the cymbal swell?

Either move the note on the MIDI track to a corresponding cymbal, or change the trigger note from inside MM to receive the pre-programmed one?

Aside from that, gotta get superior for sample mixing/matching, unless you’re running the really old DFH standalone in which case why not just load that onto a separate track and treat it as you would any other additional VSTi…..
