User Instruments won’t load

Hi can’t understand why even if I save an user instruments, SD3 doesn’t load it anymore. It happens with different file wav, but for a specific file wav it is always as it. I can’t really debug what is happening, because if I  pick and release the file wav on the SD3 instrument it works, but if I then save and reload it as an instrument it doesn’t work. Thanks ...
