Upgrade from EZ Drummer to EZ Drummer 2

I have ez drummer it was downloaded from a disc when I try to upgrade to EZ drummer 2 (for $99) nothing happens it won’t let it put it in my cart.I’ve had Ez drummer for so long I can’t find the serial number but I know registered the product way back when. What is my next step?

Please contact Toontrack support from the contact support/FAQ link. http://www.toontrack.com/faq/

When you contact them please provide any old email addresses that you may have used to register your EZDrummer 1. (i.e. dont post your email in the public forum).

They can then move your licenses to your new Toontrack account so that you can purchase the upgrade.
