Upgrade fro EZ 1 to EZ2 when buying a hardware/EZ1 bundle

Hi,
I want to buy a piece of hardware that is bundled with EZDrummer 1. This is a brand new item from a dealer. Will this purchase have the ability to be upgraded to EZDrummer 2 for free should I purchase it by May 6?

Also do I have to register it by May 6? Chances are, it will not arrive to my home by then.

You’ll need to register the EZdrummer 1 before May 6 to receive the free upgrade to EZdrummer 2.

If you purchase online, you should receive a serial number electronically to register on the Toontrack website. I would contact the retailer to be sure.

You probably have a EZdrummer Lite version that is bundled with your hardware, EZdrummer Lite does not qualify for a free upgrade to EZdrummer 2 I’m afraid.

I saw an offer for this too, but it looks like it is EZ drummer 1 and not lite. My buddy told me there was an extension on the free upgrade after May 6. Is this true? If so I would like to buy the hardware so I can get EZ drummer 2.
