Unable to register/verify account and start Superior Drummer – no reply from support

I received this product Friday but have not been able to use it because the toontrack.com/verify site is returning a 404 error. I’ve placed a ticket with support but have not received any word back. I expected a reply when I woke up but still nothing. When is support going to address these issues? Others have been having the same issue.
