I am trying to figure out how to save and export settings and kits of Toontrack products. So some Googlin’ an up pops a link to Toontrack forum topic (Topic: Export settings – Toontrack) that is under the category SD3 help.
Now, I am thinking…just log in and that’s it, go and read the topic. But no, Toontrack says: “Superior Drummer 3 is required to read and reply to this thread.” WTF?
Never ever have I seen such an insane restriction on a forum, especially as an owner of commercial license(s) of (any) company’s products – to be restricted to read forums’ items based on what products do i own.
Really, is this truly “superior” customer-friendliness and support? People like to read and learn more of the technology that they own and possibly plan to purchase in the future. The restriction in question really does not make any sense.
Btw, I do enjoy my EZKEYS and EZMIX, thanks.
