Unable to purchase a Weekend Deal expansion l

Hello, I attempted to purchase a Dreampop EZX expansion pack over the weekend offer, but unfortunately our internet connection went down during the process.  Please could you tell me whether this particular pack is likely to be reduced again in the future.
