Trying to register SDX Producer Presets and I get “Unknown error. Contact support.”

    Thanks John. I did that but have not gotten a response. I will try again.

    After I submit my support ticket it also says “please submit a valid product” on the contact support page that it goes back to. I have selected the “NY Producer Presets Bundle” however.

    Same here, purchased N.Y. Studios Collection Producer Presets Bundle, got serial from bestservice, germany put it in the field serialnumber cant download and it says: unknown error,
    contact support for help
    whats wrong???

    This error happens because one or more included products in the bundle requires a product you don’t own.

    In this case you have Superior Drummer 2 which is okay for the “S2.0 Presets – Big Drums” but do not have the NY Vol.2 SDX or NY Vol.3 SDX which is required for the other included preset packs in this bundle.

    You will need to contact the retailer where you purchased the preset bundle and ask for a refund.
