Tracker: Syncing bounced SD3 track with original imported drum audio file

Hello, I am having a hard time syncing the bounced audio file that I created in Superior Drummer 3 (that I made after importing the original audio drum file into Tracker, converting it to MIDI to get SD3 drum samples, and then to audio to layer on top of the original track) with the original source file. They never appear to play in sync with eachother. I am not playing ...
