Hi,
I get a login error when I try to log in to the product manager, see attached screenshot.
Clearly my password/username is correct because I am able to log in to these forums to make a post.
It was working yesterday, and I have also tried reinstalling the software.
Any help would be great

Hi same here, it says that my email it’s incorrect, specifically it doesn’t exist. Now i’ve logged in but there are no products registered. Big issue.
I’ve created a new account, with the same email. This situation it’s pretty frustrating
Hi, I found this thread looking for a solution and I found that certain characters (I’m not sure which ones) in the password prevent it from working. I changed my password to one with fewer symbols and it worked.

I can’t log on to project manager, this is the error message.
Sorry, your product list could not be fetched.
Unknown server reply. If restarting the application does not help, please contact support.
Any ideas as to how I can make this go away?
