Hi,
I get a login error when I try to log in to the product manager, see attached screenshot.
Clearly my password/username is correct because I am able to log in to these forums to make a post.
It was working yesterday, and I have also tried reinstalling the software.
Any help would be great

Same issue for me. Up to this time I have remained logged in to Product Manager. Now I am logged out and it won’t accept my login credentials.
Edit; I just tried opening PM again and it opened this time without logging in.

Having the same issue here. Installed the product manager and tried logging in and it wouldn’t let me in. Tried making a new password and that didn’t work either.

I am logging out and in again here in the PM with no problems while on a train ride. I have alerted the webmaster but triple check that you are entering your credentials correctly.

Unfortunately, I am facing the very same issue.
Changing passwords, reinstalling – none has worked.
This is a huge problem – I cannot see how this is not a top priority issue,
as people simply cannot use the products that they payed good money for!
For sanity check: your local product manager has the correct username or email, right? (It seems to remember the username. So, sometimes a typo can go unnoticed.)
