Toontrack Product Manager Slow

I am experiencing extremely slow download speeds from toontracks product download manager. It is downloading the Rock Warehouse at about 400 kB/s….. I am plugged in directly to my router, and I did a speed test which said my download speed was 221 mbps. Is anyone else having this problem. Is there a fix? I am running Mac osx 10.8.5.

Hi John/Admins,

Same issue here.

Running at 350k on a 100Mbit fibre connection.
Progressive SDX estimated at 60 hours DL time.

Any way to optimise?

Hello Admins,

I’m having the same problem. No matter what internet connection I connect to, it is downloading very slow. My connection is at least 10mb/s, but it’s downloading at about 30kb/s. Is there any way to fix this?
