Toontrack Product Manager says MIDI addon packs are installed but I cannot see any new data in the relevant folder

as per title: I have 5 MIDi packs but I cannot find relevant data in any of Toontrack folders

I tried to uninstall then reinstall one pack:
after I click on Install in the Toontrack Product Manager, a message says the data will be installed under C:Program Files (x86)Toontrack but there are no data dropped in that folder, why?

in EZKeys it seems data exists but, apparently there are very few songs, variations etc
if it’s regular it means the packet content is scarce, so I hope something got simply wrong during installation

sure, here are all folders I found and that contain something related to ezkeys
note that the last folder (screen-shot 4) contains subfolders but zero data

I’d like to see the program EZkeys open with the browser open to the MIDI packs the you are questioning.
