Toontrack Product Manager download speed 15% of normal ?!?

hi ; )

i am trying to download the SD3 libraries and as per previous experience with Toontrack Product Manager, any larger files are super slow to download…

have already checked all my ISP settings and tested 2 different internet connections with exact same results.

any other sites or downloader applications are running 50 to 90% faster.

info : ISP : telkom indihome ( Indonesia ) in Bali – average downloading speed is 2300 kB/s..with TPM getting max 297 kB/s

and the crazy thing is when downloading updates i am getting at least 2600 kB/s ; )…?!?!!!!
