hey guys,
“Please search for your question in the FAQ links below. The “contact support” button can be found at the bottom of each FAQ answer.”
The problem with this is , Toontrack is answering the FAQ subject (wrong question) instead of the question asked in the form.
When the FAQ does not have an answer, how exactly is support supposed to be contacted and avoid the wrong subject header?
