I reside in Canada and attempting to purchase midi pack (order #2276854) with a US dollar Visa card. After multiple attempts, your online order system has declined processing the card for some unknown reason. I have contacted my credit card provider and they confirm that there is no hold nor credit limit with my US credit card. My credit card provider has confirmed that the issue resides with Toontrack’s credit card merchant provider. Please check if your credit card merchant provider has an issue processing credit cards from Canada. If you are unable to resolve the issue with your merchant card provider before the 20% promotion expires, please confirm that your sales department will extend the discount until your accounting department has rectified the problem with the merchant provider
