What do you think it is with ‘all the others’ that most of all needs
    to be improved.

The beef.. grit.. the rugged old tube sound. VB3 is nice but it just dont have that umph. Sometimes I can layer VB3, and NI vintage organ and get that depth, but the others just dont have booty I guess you could say. Its hard to explain. All I know is Toontrack’s classic keys, and baby grand is ON POINT! It has depth and detail for a solo or sitting back in the mix.

The top end on “most ” seems weak right when you need them to bark they fold and seem thin and tame.
When i was young i used to spend hours with my Dad (a musical Producer and Arranger for a live tv show ) at the time and we had a B3 in our garage right up the back, that was an immersive magic warm wonderful thing that could go from Soft to growl and had great power when pushed, i can never ever forget.Smile

The always fall short over the top range .
