TOONTRACK AND VDRUMS AND A TRAPKAT

I want to use my TrapKat and/or my TD-20 V-Drums for live triggering (gigging) with S2.0 & lets say The Claustrophobic & Twisted Kit & The Vintage sounds.
 
I believe my PC has all the necessary requirements. Where is the best place to start? Toontrack Solo w/ S2.0?

Make sure you have a sound card with very good ASIO drivers.  I tried to set up a friend’s laptop with his cheapo Behringer soundcard and I never could get the latency low enough to be able to use it.  My Frontier Dakota card works great in my DAW but I would imagine you will be using a lap top.
