THREE QUESTIONS ABOUT EZDRUMMER

1. So I’m new to ezDrummer and haven’t purchased anything yet. I will be using it for metal drums. There are five metal expansions that I’ve seen. Does anyone have any recommendations? I see Brendan Small used drumkit from hell for Dethklok, and I’m a huge Dethklok fan and it’s what prompted me to check out ezDrummer, but I’m curious about these other options.
2. 2. Are these beat/groove expansions for around 30 bucks for ezDrummer or Superior Drummer?
3. What is the difference between Superior drummer and ezDrummer?

1. I don’t really have any recommendations about EZXs as they all have a slightly different vibe and sound. I would recommend listening to the demos of each.

2. The drum MIDI packs are for both EZD2 and S3.

3. If you check out the S3 product page: https://www.toontrack.com/product/superior-drummer-3/ there is a chart that compares all the features between EZD2 and S3.
