I’ve changed my laptop a couple of times this month (one got stolen, then I borrowed one, now I have a new one) and now I’m getting “Authorization of Superior Drummer 3 failed″ and “Authorization of EZbass failed″. I have an empty slot for both products. I have an urgent deadline and I cannot wait 3-5 business days for support to look at this. Is there a way for someone at Toontrack to look at this urgently? My account is lewis@lj.io and the ticket is #(139922).

I’ve removed all inactive authorizations. You should be all set now.

I Have two free slots, but cannot authorize my laptop in wich i switched a ssd.

I recently purchased “The Classic” EZX, but cannot authorize the product on my second PC. In the product manager, I’m seeing that I have an open authorization slot, but still receive the error for too many authorizations when attempting to install on my second PC. I’m hoping this related error can be resolved in the same way that previous entries in this thread have been solved.

It looks like you have an open authorization slot so I’m not sure why you can’t authorize. Are you getting an error message?

I don’t see a reason why you couldn’t authorize a second computer. I’ll reach out to Toontrack Support directly and get back to you asap.
