    I’ve cleared all inactive authorizations in your account. You should be all set.

    That error is automatically generated when an account has 4 authorizations/de-authorizations on a product over a short time period (4 used in a month).

    I’m having the same issue, any help as soon as you can would be greatly appreciated. This cost a lot of money but I am unable to use it. Offline authorisation isn’t working either

    Hi Lewis,

    there is no EZdrummer 3 serial registered to your account, however there is a Superior Drummer 3 license. Have you mistaken the two products for each other or do you have another account?
