SUPEROIR DRUMMER 3 “File could not be created. No such file or dicetory”

I bought Superior Drummer3 yesterday.
I’m currently downloading BasicSoundLibrary 1 from Product Manager to an external SSD,
but no matter how many times I try, it stops halfway.
This message appears “File could not be created. No such file or directory”
The external SSD has over 800GB of free space.
Please tell me the solution.
