    Hi,

could you please right-click the Product Manager icon and select Run as Admin when you are logged in as your standard user and see if it makes a difference?

    BR,

Hi John – I did that and it shows it installed and ready to use. So after that I opened the Prod Man as I typically would as a “standard user” and it shows it downloaded but not installed. Just FYI, the Avatar Lib and Toontrack Solo that came with Sup2 did install normally. Thanks for helping. Doug

Hi John – are you still thinking about my question above? Note that I did answer your last suggestion. Thanks!

    Hi,

I have forwarded this to a colleague (programmer), so we’re both waiting for what he finds out and suggests.

    Hi Doug6String,

if uninstalling as admin and installing as normal user does not fix it, you can make Product Manager always run as administrator.
Right-click it, open properties, go to the Compatibility tab and tick that option.

    BR,
    John

Hi John – as I noted initially, I can use Sup D fine. This is one of those issues that bugs me, but doesn’t seem to affect things in any significant way. It’s one of many computer issues I’ve encountered over many years that will remain unanswered! I’ll mark this as answered, and thanks again for trying to solve this. Doug
