I’m not sure what to do when trying to record Superior Drmr 2.0 on to Cubase 8 LE platform
When I go to the MENU/PROJECT/ADD TRACK, the add instrument pane does shows Superior Drummer.
And in fact, the Superior Drmr pane shows up in the Project Area.
I AM able to drag clips of S. Drmr into the project area; However, when I try to TAP a drum sound from the S. Drm plug-in screen into the project area
it won’t print a signal.(The signal is showing on the levels bar)
I should point out that I am using and M-Box audio interface but I haven’t hooked up a midi controller as of yet.
I have tried to mess around with the INPUT SETTINGS in the project area which reads ALL MIDI INPUTS.
The other issue is when I try to load the S. Drmr as a stand alone from the desktop I don’t get any sound.
You need to use a MIDI input device (MIDI keyboard) to record your performance. Just hitting the drum kit pieces on the GUI won’t work.
Also, have you selected your audio device when running standalone mode in Toontrack Solo?
