superior drummer — serial number is not working

Hello,

So I just purchased superior drummer 2.0 from guitar center 3 days ago, and after downloading the software the serial number keeps coming up as “invalid.” Strange, because guitar center should be selling the product in its full functional form.

I have a copy of the receipt and may provide a picture of that and the serial number from the back of disk 1.
