    Hi,

I have setup Superior Drummer 3 on Abelton 9 live, are there any tutorials on how to record the drum audio out or Midi to Abelton ?

Well you can drag the midi out of SD3 onto the midi track in live.

You could also create an audio track and receive the audio from the SD3 track and record arm that track and hit record.

If you have midi in the track you could freeze the track (if that was possible in 9, may have been 9.5?).

    ——

The second one above is what I generally do when I want to record the audio from a vst.

As far as recording nidi from a controller or w/e just record arn the track SD3 is on, hit record and start playing.

    ——

As far as general knowledge about using live search on you tube, ther are 1000’s of tutorials on all sorts of live subjects.

How do you do this? I would like to use a different kit on each scene, but when I drag SD3 in to AL10 (same with AL9) I still  have to go in to SD3 to change kits for separate Scenes.

I use AL10 for live shows.  The first scene will have backing tracks for a 70’s song, so I program a Dry kit in SD3.  Then I’ll have a 90’s rock song for scene 2 and have a big sounding kit programmed in SD3.  Is there a way for AL10 to automatically call up different kits for each song?

Well if you want different kits you will likely need to load seperate SD3’s for eackh kit. Cound be a memory hog, however, dont forget you can unloads all samples you are not using and save a bunch of memory.
