Please excuse me if this has already been posted, I couldn’t find a topic about this.
Just now I attempted to update my Superior Drummer 3 to the 3.1.5 version. The installation seems to progress fine, but when it finishes the Product Manager prompts me again to install (what appears to me to be) the same update again and the installation status in the downloads screen reverts back to “not installed”.
Any tips on how to resolve this problem? And considering the above, have I installed the update correctly and am I getting an incorrect prompt, or did it not update at all? I’m doing this on Catalina 10.15.2.

So, should probably have done this before, but I closed the Product Manager and restarted it again and now it displays the update as “Installed”.
I decided to leave the topic open just in case other people run into the same problem 🙂
