Superior drummer 2 – Authorization problem

Hi!

I just recently bought a second-hand superior drummer 2 product + SDX expansion packages from another person and when I try to authorize the products it says that “the serial number is already registered to another account. Contact support for help.” What do I have to do to solve the problem?
