I bought Superior Drummer 2.0 + FREE SDX from PluginBoutique. I made this purchase 2017-03-16. After that, I must deleted SD2 from my computer. Now I installed SD2 again, but I don’t see free SDX anywhere in Toontrack Product Manager. Can You help me solve this?

Yes, I have the receipt. But extra free SDX was there before and now isn’t so I thought maybe is something wrong with Product Manager after updates. How can they change something inside Toonetrack Product Manager? I don’t know. So you say I must contact them first?
I’m not sure what promo that Plugin Boutique had. Perhaps it was time limited. Yes, I would contact them.
