Our group (band) is 3 musicians in 3 studios in different locations in the US. Each with our own computer. Am I able to share the copy of Superior 2.0 since we are one entity, one studio, one project? WE shuffle our Logic projects back and forth and now that I have purchased Superior for my workstation we have 2 workstations that are whack.
the Toontrack software license is for 2 seats only, owed by a single entity.
In theory that means a legal entity, not individual musicians in different locations, but we tolerate to a great extend that scenario (within reason, for support matters we ask that the licensee, as in the person who has registered the software contact us and does not appoint a proxy, in most cases at least!).
So, in your case, as I read it, you would need to purchase a second license (probably a 3rd but again we’re not going to hunt your band down to check whether you operate as a clearly defined ‘studio’ with multiple premises).
Anyway, this is my answer to you… I am not a legal representative of Toontrack, but stating in practice how black and white the line is, so you may know where you stand 🙂

Main thing is getting a copy to my drummer in Ft. Worth. Making it real hard for us to be on the same page. I can render it to audio for the guitarist. If the drummer could plug in the Superior VST to use with his Roland TD it might solve some problems for us letting each other hear the same stuff and keep me off of tech support forum…lol
