    Hi,

please do not post about Support matters in the Pre-Sales section.

I recommend starting a new topic in the appropriate Help section.

Okay, running the update created the folder and the app… I’m kind of confused, but everything seems okay.

I’m sure this is way outdated, but I’m having the same problem.  I have Version 3.0.6 installed.  I keep getting the letters in red saying *standalone is not installed.” and Installation Status says “Partially installed”.  I hit the download button beside it and it downloads it, installs it, but I still get the same messages.

Same problem, i’m running Mac Os Sonoma 14.3

Really wanted the standalone player, even shows in my Toontrack Product Manager it’s a partial download because of the standalone. See attached image please. I am not very tech savy and was really hoping there would be no issues. What do I do???

    Hi,

please Download the latest installer again and when you run it, don’t rush through but be sure to click the ‘Customise’ button to make sure the Standalone is checked before you hit Install.

December 2024 and this is still happening.  Wont install standalone. Ive wasted 2 hours on this today. Ive wasted 4 hours trying to get two ezx authorised as well. 6 hours wasted on toontrack products in two days.

    Hi,

when it comes to the Auth issues, some servers were down during the weekend but it has been fixed. Did you make sure to follow my advice about clicking ‘Customise’ during installation to make sure the Standalone is checked?

Same problem with EZDrummer 3 and I’m running Sequoia 15.1.1. I’ve had EZD3 for a couple of years and it has worked just fine. I install updates as they come out. Tried to use it several days ago and the bright room, and main room library’s are now “invalid”. So I tried to use the tight room (which I don’t care for much), it opens just fine, but no sound comes out of them. So I open up my DAW Studio One Pro 7, sound comes from it as it’s supposed to, but not the drum beats. I contacted customer support and have received no response. After a few days of no response, I uninstalled everything, and reinstalled it, only to have the exact same issues. When I download and install it, now the product manager keeps saying “standalone not downloaded” I attempt to re-download it, and it continues to do the same thing. I contacted customer support again, and still have received no response. Guess I’ll just have to suck it up as lesson learned and go with a different company. 🙁

    Hi,

“same problem” is a bit wide considering this thread is mostly about the EZdrummer 2 standalone not being installed. Your problems seem to be about corrupt libraries?

Anyways, this is pre-sales and not support, so I am closing this thread now and ask you to please post in the EZdrummer Help section instead:
