Hi Guys,

Im new to Toontrack, i just downloaded the product manager and did the update and everything. I purchased Vocaltool box Ezmix Pack and entered in my S/N (serial) . The Product was downloaded now i am stuck everything i hit install it say (You need to upgrade Ezmix to the latest version before you can install this product.

Can somebody please help or is anybody having this issue where they have a solution

Expansion packs are just that. They expand on the basic plugin. Ezmix2. Please contact Toontrack directly via the Contact Support button in the FAQ below and request a refund.
