Software Update Required

Hi Guys,

Im new to Toontrack, i just downloaded the product manager and did the update and everything. I purchased Vocaltool box Ezmix Pack and entered in my S/N (serial) . The Product was downloaded now i am stuck everything i hit install it say (You need to upgrade Ezmix to the latest version before you can install this product.

Can somebody please help or is anybody having this issue where they have a solution

Vocal Toolbox EZmix Pack is a preset pack for EZmix 2, so it requires EZmix 2 to be installed. https://www.toontrack.com/product/ezmix-2/

I have the same issue and my bundle includes EZMix 2

FEATURE SPOTLIGHT
• Includes EZmix 2 and six (6) individual EZmix Packs

I have entered my SN into Product Manager but cannot update the free version or download EZ Mix 2 so I can authorize it. Anyone know how to do this?

Can you post a link to the product you purchased?

From checking your Toontrack account, it looks like you have an EZmix Mastering expansion pack registered but no EZmix2 plugin.

Yes. You will need the full EZmix2 product to use any EZmix expansion pack.

Do you also have the full EZmix2 plugin to use your Expansion pack in?

Are you getting an error message? What makes you think you need an upgrade?

I Already have a Mix 2.
So many things, tough to keep track(toontrack) !

EZmix packs require the full version of EZmix2 to work. The error message is most likely asking you to update that.

I don’t get this at all why do I need to spend to another in order for the One I purchased to work it should be specified. Haven’t seen anything like that I bought tons of plugins instead of having cracks from friends but this type of things ain’t favourable I bought the Ezmix packs in order to have that work need to spend on another in order to upgrade is totally unfair!
